I grew up in a small industrial town in the North West of England (Runcorn). I got into lifting around the age of 16, and started doing some home workouts with a dumbbell set in my bedroom. Kind of haven't put them down since haha...
I studied Maths at uni, then went and travelled for a while to put off entering the real world. I was on a beach in Bali when the idea of doing something in the online fitness realm really popped into my head. Now we here.
