I was born in Brighton, United Kingdom to Greek Cypriot parents. Coming from a sporting background, (I played county rugby) I turned my passion for fitness into a job and worked as a person trainer for around 7 years before moving to the informative videos and workouts you see on my social media pages now. But it wasn't always that easy, I was a classic skinny teenager with no idea what he wanted to do in life. When I was 15 I picked up a men's health magazine and something inside of me clicked. Being inspired by the images and information that was in the magazine, a fire was lit inside me, one which would never be extinguished. I threw myself into my new passion, tirelessly pursuing my goals, enduring trial and error over and over until I had mastered my craft and changed my life for the better.
